Have you ever been in an administrative position on any server? (Any game)
I had admin position on two different DarkRP servers, operator on a TTT server, and SA on a TTT server.

What interests you in joining our staff team?
I feel that half the staff is lacking. I just want to change this. Just one more active OP who does their job could make some change.

How will you be an asset to our staff team? Will you bring anything new to the table? Ideas?
I've got plenty of experience with administrative positions, although I'm not experienced with HL2RP. I believe I've got a high amount of maturity when it comes to handling situations.

I am tempted to ask if you are serious. Not in a sarcastic or mocking sort of way, but are you SERIOUS about the job? Are you done messing with people, and are you ready for that kind of responsibility. I could have predicted Doge would support you (As you two are OBVIOUSLY friends, seeing the antics you both had gotten into) and so that doesn't seem very credible to me. My one problem with all this is simply your lack of caring for dissenting opinions, for people whom hold different views which conflict with yours. These are observations I had picked up. Worst of all, just as I had begun to trust you, you had attacked the forums (or were at least an accomplice in the act) when we were starting to recover. This job demands devotion, and to know the difference between right and wrong, not just what YOU WANT DONE. Your chances with me were my tolerance of your rough nature and some of the insensitive things you had said.
My patience has expired on that front. If you want to prove that you are staff material, you had better do it damn well.
Walter, I want to BELIEVE that you are different then what I think you are, I want to feel that you are a decent person that
